Vitamin E symposium discusses poor information from the media on Vitamin E risks

In this report, US-based scientists gathered to discuss the media reports of synthetic Vitamin E as indicators that Vitamin E, found in food or food-derived supplements, are somehow bad for you. These reports ignore the fact that Vitamin E is an essential Vitamin and that many of these so-called studies were not looking at natural Vitamin E but rather synthetic gama-tocopherols.

It's a shame that these people don't get the coverage that drug companies do. Perhaps they should sponsor more of the advertising from these "news shows" and web sites. They might get a fair share of coverage then.
